Called to ask if I could send a fax from there. Mind you I asked if I could ask to pay to send a fax. She told me it would cost $2 a page but it really only something they offer to their account holders there. Why would you turn down my offer to pay you perfectly good money to do basically the simplest thing ever. I don't know what is like to bank there as a customer, but was unimpressed in a moment of need by their unfriendliness.
